4 Realistic Budgeting Tips That Won’t Fail You- Guest Post
There are sites that offer budgeting tips that are revolutionary–if you’re a millionaire. However, if you’re an average earner (that’s to say, someone who earns $25,000 to $120,000 per year), then many of those expert tips and advice columns simply don’t make sense. Here are realistic budgeting tips for real people. Get a Grip on Your Finances Don’t buy things spontaneously unless you know your bills are covered. In order to know your bills are covered, you have to create a simple budget. It doesn’t have to be rocket science: just input all of your incoming cash and subtract all of your bills. When you have a final number (and hopefully it’s positive), then you know how much positive cash flow you have a month to put into savings, invest, or spend on an angel topiary (if that’s your thing). The bottom line is this: you need to be aware …

You can also enter below for a chance to win one! I love to burn candles. Especially in the cooler months when I am stuck indoors all day and want a nice pick me up. So, when I was given the opportunity to review Shelly’s Scentsational Soys I jumped right on it. Shelly has so many scents to choose from that anyone is sure to find something to suit them! I received one of her Vanilla Cotton soy candles to review. I absolutely love it! The sweet vanilla aroma fragrance lightly fills the room while the subtle glow of the burning candle makes any room look and feel very relaxing. As a mom, I love the fact that Shelly’s …
Mother’s Day: Give the Gift of a Spa Break A pampering spa break
A pampering spa break: The best gift for Mom Although a box of chocolates and a flower bouquet will show your mom you appreciate her, these are hardly gifts which keep on giving! No, it is much more exciting to give her the gift of an experience; the memories of which can last a lifetime. Several days of pampering at a spa is one of the best experiences you could give your mom, since you can guarantee a massage, facial, pedicure and/or Jacuzzi soak will make her feel truly loved. Tips for mother-daughter bonding at spas When booking mother-and-daughter spa breaks, you might assume you’ll both undergo beauty treatments in the same room. While this is true in many cases, you should not simply assume this will be the case, so be sure to check with your selected venue in advance. Bonding will be impossible if you’re in separate rooms! …
Pledge To Embark On Pet Health
As you all know, I am a huge pet lover! Any time I can help out my four legged friends, I will try my best. There is a super easy way to help out right now (and possibly save yourself a few dollars as well!) If you visit embarkonpethealth.com you are able to take a pledge to embark on pet health. If you take this pledge of health, Sergeant’s Pet Care Products will donate a pet health kit to one of the millions of animals sitting in shelters. For every pledge, one kit valued at $50 will be donated, up to …
Is the Toyota Venza For me?
You may not know this yet, but I recently paid off my truck. It was an awesome feeling as I have one less bill a month now. Oddly enough, I am thinking of getting a new vehicle. Yep, call me crazy. When I purchased my truck, it was a quick decision as my breaks had went out on my other vehicle. I was pregnant and I needed something I could get into as soon as possible. I went to a local used car shop and quickly picked out something I liked without weighing the options or really thinking twice about it. It’s been a nice vehicle, but it needs a bit of work, it’s really big, and being a V8, it is a serious gas guzzler. So, needless to say, it’s probably in my best interest to work on selling it and starting anew. This time, I want to do …
