Conversation Pieces, The Perfect Shirt

I love clothes. I think it is just part of the handbook to being a woman. You must like clothes! But I hate shopping. I can never find the perfect piece. There is nothing I despise more than trying on a million pieces of clothing and leaving with one or two items. I am tall with a pretty long torso. I am also more of an “apple” shape so it can be difficult to find flattering clothes at times. I am guilty of wearing a lot of t shirts to avoid that awkward feeling of not having a flattering shirt. I now have the Perfect Shirt and no longer have that problem!

To start, I love the packaging for Shop Conversation Pieces! They wrapped it in a cute ribbon tied into a bow. It gave it a very feminine look and actually brought a smile to my face when I opened it. That wasn’t really expected for something that isn’t a birthday or Christmas gift!

This shirt is a great piece to add to any wardrobe! It is comfortable enough to pass for someone who is partial to a simple t-shirt, yet sophisticated enough to be worn in many different circumstances. It can be dressed up with a skirt or dress slacks or worn with a simple pair of jeans! It comes in black, charcoal, berry, and mocha colors to match a variety of outfits. I love that the material is very thin and comfortable like my everyday tshirts! It has an irregular hemline that is higher in the front and low in the back which is nice because I don’t have to worry about that dreaded underwear showing over the top of my jeans with a shirt to short. It has a cute little zipper pocket on the left breast. I wouldn’t really call it a functional pocket but it does give it a cute finish.

I love that it has adjustable sleeves. I am not big on long sleeves and normally do a 3/4 sleeve in the winter. With this shirt, I have the option to let the sleeves down if I get a chill, but then I can roll them back up and snap the buttons to have it cut right around elbow level. The collar is rounded and has a cute little button to finish the look. As you can see, it truly is “the perfect shirt!”
