Lisa is a mom that is no different then us and has taken her time to write Get Famous, a book of blogging tips and ideas she used to even land her blog on the home page of Yahoo!

I was given the opportunity to review this book. I was thoroughly impressed! I have personally been blogging since January, and I know how difficult it can be to get your blog to where you imagine it! The tips she shared have definitely proven to be helpful! Of course, there were a few I already knew being as I have been blogging for two months, but even those I knew were nice to see because it meant I was doing something right! And for those who are just starting the tips will be some of the most important you will ever read! You will find everything from how to design a blog and blog buttons, tips on getting more readers, how to go about getting products for reviews and giveaways, even tips on how to land in the media spotlight (OK, I’,m to scared to try the last because I HATE cameras!)

Overall, between the refreshers on tips I have already followed and may have forgotten to keep up with, to new sites to join and the information on obtaining product reviews, my blog now has an Alexa rank of under 350,000! And I am getting products to review in the mail almost daily! Not to mention making money, which is a huge plus being a stay at home mom on a fixed income! This is definitely a book I would recommend to any new blogger, as well as any looking for a refresher course and new ideas!
