Go Green Clean With Robby Wash Laundry Ball

I am always looking for a way to save money. I’d like to say I am a “green momma” but truly I am not. I am more of the ‘if it’s cheap and truly works, I’m gonna go for it’ type person. The biggest area I have had a problem with this mindset has been my laundry. There is just something about using Gain detergent, fabric softener, and dryer sheets that just gets me. And outside of the smell and softness of my clothing, it more along the lines of gets my wallet! I have tried so many other options and just never seemed happy. So, of course I was a bit skeptical of the Robby Wash Laundry Ball. I mean really, how could a little plastic ball filled with what looks like little pieces of candy, get my clothes clean? No way it is bubbling up like my Gain does! But as with everything else, I gave it a try out of curiosity. I won’t say it would completely replace my detergent, but it is the next best thing and is definitely saving me money.

The Robby Wash Laundry Ball is very simple to use. The kit comes with a stain stick, the wash ball, and a few packages of macro-molecules that you place inside the ball. No laundry detergent needed. This can replace up to a years worth of laundry detergent (and that is a HUGE savings!) Simply toss the ball in with your load of clothes and start it up. For larger loads you can use 2 balls but I try not to do large loads so one is fine. I live that it works with any color, any fabric  and is even perfect for use on baby clothes or pet items where you may typically need a hypoallergenic detergent. I have been using this for a few weeks for most of my loads and it has done very well. My clothing comes out clean and it is still soft without adding the fabric softener. The only downfall on my end is that it doesn’t leave any type of scent at all. But that is more of a personal preference and I found simply adding dryer sheets covers this just fine!

Overall, I give the Robby Wash Laundry Ball a big thumbs up! I don’t HAVE to purchase laundry detergent (except for my husband because he insists on his clothing smelling like gain) It is perfect for my sons clothes and even when washing my dogs blankets since he has very sensitive skin. It is definitely one of my favorite “go green” items and has saved me from plenty of plastic bottles of detergent, softener, and chemicals going into my landfills and drains. If you can deal with unscented clean laundry, this is the perfect option! And at a big savings because in the weeks I have been using it. I still have not had to replace the macro-molecules so this thing will really last!

Because our machine doesnt have a place for fabric softener, and we keep forgetting to put it in when it comes to time for that. This would make it easier to remember
