I have stuck to my New Years Resolution. I quit smoking and started eating healthy. I must say, I feel better than I have in years! Of course, I have been sick on and off since New Years Eve Day. I am finally getting better and starting to see the results of sticking to a well balanced, healthy life style!

Surprisingly yes! This year I vowed to eat healthier and I have been doing very well doing so. Since I have had my son it’s important to me…I think he’s the reason I’m able to keep it.

This year my resolution was to make the year about making me happy. March 1st I decided it was time to quit moaning and lose weight! I am down 30 pounds and went from a size 26/28 to a size 18/20 . I plan to lose another 30 by end of year so for me! Stuck to and will continue to do so!
